The essential oils that we use to fragrance the freshener can damage/stain plastics and fabrics so please make sure it is hanging freely and not touching of the surrounding items.
Guidance on Customisation
Some quick tips to make sure you get as good a looking product as possible!
1) Avoid Blurred or Pixelated Photos
Obviously the better the image you send to use, the better the outcome so please make sure you only send us high-quality photos that are clear, sharp and not blurred. Any pixelation will be seen in your air freshener so please take your time and select only the best images you have available. Most images taken by modern phones will all be good enough to use, assuming it was in focus and held still when taken. If you are scanning traditional photographs then please ensure you use the highest possible resolution – at least 300dpi is required.
2) Position

Check that the font colour used is easily seen on the image. If it’s tricky to view, choose another colour – there are should be something suitable for you to use.

Sorry but we are not magicians so please remember that if you send us poor quality images, this will what we supply to you – we can only work with the images supplied. If you are in any doubt as to whether the image is good enough either select another one to use or get in touch and we will advise you!.
